Terms of Service
Effective date: August 25, 2026 · Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Contact Coordinator (“the Service”), operated by Bryant & Harris Publishing Company Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Contact Coordinator is a relationship-management platform that lets you organize contacts, companies, deals, finances, calendars, and related records in private workspaces, and — where you enable it — send email and text messages and connect outside services. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password and two-factor credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or to violate anti-spam, telemarketing, or data-protection laws (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable privacy laws).
- Upload or store content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others’ rights.
- Attempt to breach security, access other users’ data, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service to store payment card numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive data it is not designed to protect, or protected health information unless a separate written agreement permits it.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact the people whose information you add, and for how you use their data.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the information and content you put into the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and support the Service for you. You can export or delete Your Content as described in the app; deleting your account removes your data subject to reasonable backup retention.
You are responsible for the personal information you add about your contacts and for having a lawful basis to store it and to send any messages through the Service. For the contact data you enter, you act as the data controller and we act as your processor, handling it on your instructions; where you require one, a Data Processing Agreement is available on request. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information and the rights available to you and your contacts.
5. Connected third-party services
The Service can connect to third parties you choose to enable — for example email providers (Gmail and Outlook), Google Calendar (two-way calendar sync), SMS and calling (Twilio), payments (Stripe), bank data (Plaid), accounting (QuickBooks Online), travel search and flight status (Duffel and FlightAware), and address/mapping (LocationIQ). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When you connect an account, you authorize the Service to act on your behalf only to the extent needed for the features you use (for example, to send email as you or to sync your calendar), and you can disconnect at any time in your account settings.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on our servers, and bank sign-in happens at your bank through Plaid — we never receive your banking credentials. Contact Coordinator’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Some features or plans may require payment. Any fees, billing terms, and refund conditions will be presented to you before you incur a charge. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that data, calculations, exchange rates, or communications will be accurate or delivered.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Bryant & Harris Publishing Company Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
