SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the text (SMS) messages sent by Bryant & Harris Publishing Company Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) through the Contact Coordinator platform.
1. Program description
When you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages related to your relationship with us — including appointment confirmations and reminders, follow‑ups on your inquiries, account or service updates, and replies to questions you send us. This is a business‑communication program, not bulk marketing to purchased lists.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility; we do not charge you for receiving texts.
4. How to opt in
You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages — in person, by phone, or through a form on our website. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
5. How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages. To resume, reply START.

7. Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
